Warwickshire venue wins national customer service accolade




The Macdonald Ansty Hall hotel recently fought off substantial national competition to scoop the Excellence in Customer service gong at the recent HRS Hotel excellence awards.

The ceremony celebrates hotels that have successfully introduced innovative ideas and, as a result, achieved measurable improvement to their business.

Speaking after receiving the award, the Warwickshire venue’s general manager Steven Quick said: “It is a great achievement for us to scoop not just this award, but also to be recommended in the Excellence in Meetings Category.

“All the team at the hotel have worked hard to achieve this success and are very proud of the hotel and service we offer. Macdonald Hotels as a group are committed to excellent customer service, but the team at Ansty Hall have taken it that one step further in order to win these awards.”

The 62-bedroom hotel, situated in the village of Ansty, Warwickshire, has just gone through a £750,000 refurbishment to the 17th century building, which has seen the rooms upgraded with a design sympathetic to the buildings history.
