UK: Crystal Interactive Grows With New Pharma Clients
Working with many of the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies has helped boost turnover and profits at Crystal Interactive.
The event app provider has forged close ties with clients - who, in turn, have helped the firm develop new interactive technology.
Accounts for 2013 filed with Companies House showed shareholders' funds reached £224.5k, up 25.6 per cent from last year's £178.8k.
MD Chris Elmitt told meetpie.com it had been a good year, with the company continuing to work on new ways of engaging delegates. "The rise in demand for larger complex uses of iPads interactively in events was definitely on our side last year," he said.
Crystal Interactive works with seven of the 10 biggest global pharmaceutical companies "who were very active in this field as they used iPads to engage clinicians at the events they were organising," added Elmitt.
"There is a lot of competition in the market, so there is definitely a lot of activity due to the pace of change that clients are demanding."
