Monscierge Service Debuts in London ibis Hotels




 

London's hotels are getting increasingly hi-tech: For example, some ibis hotels in the city are offering the Monscierge virtual concierge service.

Karelle Lamouche, ibis marketing director, said that Monscierge has been designed to "help guests source any information they need from maps and transport options to historic attractions and local restaurants in a quick and fun way.”

With 73 percent of front desk questions regarding local recommendations and information, the solution offers quick access to the latest details in a range of languages. Weather and flight information is live for guests’ current or future destinations, giving advance notice in case of delays.
