Twickenham Experience has launched an intelligent new online enquiry system which will provide visitors with an easier way of making detailed conference and event enquiries, speeding up response times and service quality.

The new product, Meetingbroker, allows Twickenham Experience to incorporate online enquiries into their conference and banqueting section of the website, allowing potential clients to send detailed requests for event information more quickly and easily. Enquiries are then sent directly into the event management sales system with a guaranteed maximum response time of eight hours.

“The new system is designed to cut unnecessary admin and reduce waiting time for our customers,” said Twickenham’s brand marketing manager, David Wright, “allowing them to quickly ascertain how Twickenham can add value to their event.”
