Experienital agency creates virtual events platform




With many in the live marketing industry considering virtual events a threat, Jack Morton Worldwide has taken the bold step of embracing the new and growing discipline. The experiential agency has launched a new virtual experience platform that facilitates fully customisable online events.

The platform provides for brand customisation and several different looks, from a digital representation of a ‘real’ 3D space, to edgier Flash environments.

The platform can be integrated into social media networks, such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
 
“Virtual experiences need to meet the same high standards we have for face-to-face experiences,” said Jack Morton chairman and chief executive Josh McCall.
 
Meanwhile, the agency’s newly appointed director of technology, Chris Haff, commented: “The marketplace is flooded with templated solutions that simply swap out images and call it customisation. We felt we had a responsibility to build our own platform, one that allows for easy customisation and on-brand experience design for our clients.”
