Suppliers association to provide on site support and information

The Event Suppliers and Services Association, ESSA, will launch its first Drop In session during the build up to the Clothes Show London, to connect face-to-face with members and non-members.

Chairman Steve Barratt and director Chris Skeith will man the which will be held at 10am on 28 May outside Costa Coffee N1 in the Boulevard at ExCeL London, where the event takes place.

"The concept is that the Chris and I will attend the build up, for up to two hours and make ourselves available for ESSA members and non members alike. It will provide us with a great opportunity to get direct feedback and make ESSA accessible to the guys on the floor," explained Barratt.

The initiative will be rolled out in the build up to a number of shows around the country, where the pair will field questions about ESSA and any related topics.

"There will be a promotional leaflet drop on the show floor prior to each Drop In,” continued Barratt. “The shows we have selected are based on location, timing and availability. We intend to make ourselves more accessible to the membership and encourage them to engage with us more – by us going to see them rather than expecting them to come and see us at events!"
