Inside the First Live Union Exchange in London

Delegates at the first Live Union ExchangeThe first Live Union Ideas Exchange took place last week with senior industry representatives discussing the key challenges facing the corporate event market.

The event, held aboard the Silver Sturgeon in London, attracted delegates from Goldman Sachs, Anglo American, RSA, RBS, Ford, Visa Europe and Scottish Water.  Representatives from the events industry included Jane Hague, president of The International Special Event Society (ISES), Tom Woods, MD Woods’ Silver Fleet and Nigel Harris, MD Fabulous Feasts, which catered for the event.

The range of topics covered included how to optimise event activity to resolve business communication challenges, how to validate the value of event based communications activity to corporate leadership, the adoption and efficacy of digital components into events, as well as sharing ways that events have been deployed to address key business challenges.
