New Sales Contacts at New York's The Dominick




The Dominick has added two new members to its sales leadership following its recent rebranding from the Trump SoHo. The independent hotel announced that Ece Bayram will serve as its travel industry sales manager, while Nico Fournier has been named director MICE and travel industry sales, international.

With a background in luxury hotels, Bayram’s new role as travel industry sales manager will have her working closely with the luxury leisure consortia based in the United States and Canada, such as Virtuoso, Signature, American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts and more. Until recently, Bayram served as vice president of A2B Travel New York, where she increased leisure and corporate revenue in the North and South American, Canadian, European and Middle Eastern markets.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in tourism and business management in Istanbul, Turkey, Bayram began her career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, working in sales, public relations, marketing and guest services. She relocated to New York, continuing her work with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts before transitioning to the travel industry and international sales Manager at The New York Palace Hotel (now Lotte New York Palace). There, she managed leisure accounts and led the development of Manhattan’s 25 top wholesale accounts.

As the new director MICE and travel industry sales, international, Fournier will oversee relationships with international leisure consortia accounts, the wholesale market, as well as specialized industries within the group segment. Fournier previously served as the assistant director of sales at The Surrey, a Relais & Châteaux property in New York and as the global account director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in London. In both roles, Fournier worked with international consortia, such as Virtuoso, American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and Traveller Made. Prior to these positions, Fournier worked for Canada’s tourist board in London, enhancing travel industry sales.
