Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas Adds New Mindful Meetings Program
Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is offering meeting planners new wellness add-on options as part of its Mindful Meetings program.
The hotel’s Senior Director of Spa & Wellness Jennifer Lynn will provide meeting goers with a lineup of wellness activities to help them benefit from the meeting experience, such as mini- yoga sessions, guided meditation, smoothie breaks and more, aimed at helping attendees relax and disconnect from technology. These “moments of mindfulness” are incorporated into the meeting’s schedule.
Mindful Meetings incorporates elements of nourishment, movement, stillness, connections and well-being through customizable options in any of the hotel’s meeting spaces. Activities can be personalized to any function space, from the Mandarin Boardroom to the third floor ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel also offers an outdoor patio, which offers the potential for open-air wellness breaks.
All Mindful Meetings programs are fully customizable based on group size and scheduled activities.
The 392-room Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas has more than 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, with the ability to host gatherings of up to 600 guests. The 7.650 square foot Oriental Ballroom on the hotel’s third floor lets in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Nearby are three smaller function rooms. All venues have A/V equipment and pre-function areas. Additionally, the hotel’s dedicated event planning team can work with meeting planners on the details of their gathering.
The property’s dining and cocktail venues include Twist by Pierre Ganiare, the Asian MOzen Bistro, the Mandarin Bar on the 23rd floor and the Tea Lounge, adjacent to the hotel’s Sky Lobby.
