What types of meetings, events and conferences can you help me organise?
Conrad Dubai offers an intelligently planned, innovative and tailored solution, with flawless execution, to every event on Dubai’s busy calendar. We offer services for all our clients’ events and conference needs, including a car elevator service for when clients want an ‘entrance that makes a statement’ together with the world’s longest escalator.
What kind of clients, or industry sectors, have you recently hosted in your meeting space? What numbers were you catering for?
We have hosted a variety of events such as international awards ceremonies, including the Middle East Travel Awards and TimeOut Restaurant Awards, during which we welcomed more than 700 guests. We also recently hosted the Al Noor Centre for Special Needs Gala Dinner.
Additionally, Conrad Dubai offers services for bridal events and seminar conferences for which we can cater for more than 800 guests at a time. With a staff of 700 trained professionals, there are no limits to the scope of services we can provide our clients.
I am looking for an event with a real ‘wow’ factor. What spaces can you offer me that provide something no other venue in Dubai can?
Event hosts can select from three different spaces including two adjoining ballrooms with contemporary design elements, Dubai’s largest ballroom space with natural light and our one-of-a-kind indoor car elevator. The Conrad Concierge app is an innovative tool that we have recently developed to make our clients’ experiences as seamless as possible, starting even before they arrive at the hotel. It has options for stayover guests attending an event through to checking in directly from their mobile device.
Some clients will bring their families to an event. What facilities and activities can you offer them?
We have a long list of highly reputable dining locations, including Ballaro all-day dining and Purobeach Urban Oasis, which boasts a lush garden, a relaxing pool deck with day beds and poolside music. Evening venues such as IZEL, Marco Pierre White Grill and Cave offer everything from live and authentic Latin music to fine European dining and French bistro-style cuisine.
Guests can also enjoy Conrad Spa’s great variety of relaxation and signature treatments, a temperature-controlled swimming pool surrounded by flourishing gardens, a well-equipped Technogym fitness centre as well as an outdoor terrace and yoga pavilion.
