Marriott to Renovate Airport Hotel in Greensboro, N.C.  
The airport is negotiating a lease with Atlanta-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group, which would operate the 299-room Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott. The 31-year-old hotel would still bear the Marriott name. The hotel has 15 meeting rooms and a total of 24,000 square feet of event space.
