Disney Springs Hotels Launch New Offers for 2017 Meetings
Five Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, formerly known as the Downtown Disney Resort Area Hotels, are offering a new lineup of 2017 deals for meeting planners.
Located in the Walt Disney World Resort, in Orlando, Florida, these hotels are within walking distance of the expanded Disney Springs area, formerly known as Downtown Disney. The new Disney Springs offers a mix of shops, upscale and casual dining options, and live entertainment, with 150 establishments across its four outdoor neighborhoods.
The Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels consist of: the 394-room B Resort & Spa – Disney Springs Resort Area; the 325-room Best Western Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area; the 229-suite DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area; the 1,014-room Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area; the 814-room Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area; the 323-room Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area; and the newly renovated 232-room Wyndham Lake Buena Vista -- Disney Springs Area.

B Resort & Spa – Disney Springs Resort Area is offering the “HPA Meeting Plan” offer. Available for new meetings booked and consumed prior to December 21, 2017, the offer includes:
- Complimentary VIP upgrades
- 10 percent off banquet food and beverage
- 10 percent off audio visual
- Complimentary one-hour reception, a.m. or p.m. break.

B Resort & Spa – Disney Springs Resort Area, which opened in June 2014, has 394 guestrooms and suites, and 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. Other amenities include the full-service B Indulged AVEDA Spa; complimentary Wi-Fi in the entire hotel; courtesy guest iPads; American Kitchen Bar & Grill; and such meeting options as the Grand Ballroom (which divides into five breakout rooms), Majestic Room, Expressions Room, and a scenic outdoor terrace and courtyard.
Best Western Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area is offering three meeting packages, which includes the “Daily Meeting Package.” Available for meetings booked and consumed prior to December 31, 2017, the “Daily Meeting Package” is available for groups of up to 20 people and includes:

Best Western Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area, which has 325 guest rooms, overlooks Lake Buena Vista and caters to the small meeting market, for events from 10-120 people. The 18-story hotel has 2,300 square feet of meeting space that includes meeting space on the top floor with panoramic views of the Walt Disney World Resort. The resort also has two restaurants, a lounge, heated pools, a fitness center, business center, and wireless high-speed Internet.
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area is offering special booking incentives with the “Pick A Perk” meeting offer. Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area is offering the “Great Dates Great Deals” promotion for new meetings booked by June 30, 2017, and actualized by December 15, 2017. Depending on the dates of the stay, groups can select one or two of the following:
