Rouge gives Confex visitors the wow factor




Bespoke event management company The Rouge Partnership will be offering this year’s International Confex visitors advice on how to deliver the wow factor through creatively styling their events.

Nathan Homan, the company’s creative director, will be speaking about ‘Creative styling for maximum impact’, at 10.30am on Tuesday 24 February 2009 in seminar theatre 3.

Homan will reveal the different processes that lead to an event theme being chosen – whether it is built around the venue, entertainment or current trends. To illustrate key points, he will draw on his experience creating a number of events, including: the Black, Silver and Violet Ball for interior designer Nicky Haslam, which society magazine Tatler called “the best party anyone can remember for years”; and the Street Art event for Nissan at Tate Modern.

Homan will also highlight the importance of considering the purpose of the theme in the wider context of the business’s objectives.

“It is possible to deliver the wow factor at your event providing your styling is relevant, targeted and imaginative,” he said. “It is also possible to do this whilst still being cost effective.

“This presentation is ideal for any event organiser looking for practical advice and easy to follow tips, especially those who are given a brief for ‘a unique experience that leaves a lasting impression’.”
