High Wycombe venue first for service

Customer satisfaction at Lane End Conference Centre came out top in a recent independent survey of customer service levels at UK venues carried out by the Business Development Research Corporation (BDRC).

Entitled BDRC Venue Verdict, the study is an independent benchmarking scheme using customer feedback to compare customer experiences at venues offering similar products and service.

In September, Lane End Conference Centre received the highest score (91%) in its category consisting of 16 other dedicated conference venues, and the venue is currently raking fifth in the overall lead table year to date.

“Since joining the BDRC Venue Verdict programme earlier this year, we have consistently improved the service we provide and we are confident that we can come out as the top venue at the end of this year’s programme,” said Heni Fourie, Lane End’s sales and marketing manager.

“We have a culture of continual improvement and our secret is simply listening to our clients.”
