First Look: The Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

Early next year will see the arrival of a new Four Seasons property in  Casablanca, Morocco. The hotel will be part of Anfa Place, a luxury mixed use development overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and located near the upscale Corniche District.

The resort is expected to have 186 rooms and will reach out to both leisure and business travelers. An interior and exterior dining area will overlook the ocean, along with a lobby lounge and poolside dining.

There will be a ballroom alongside several meeting rooms for corporate occasions and events. In addition, there will be a full service spa and pool

Olivier Thomas has been appointed the property’s general manager.  A 20-year hospitality industry veteran, Thomas was previously Hotel Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Prague and joined Four Seasons in 2008 in Amman. In August, Thomas will make the transition to Casablanca to lead the pre-opening team as the Hotel prepares to welcome guests to Morocco’s economic hub in the first quarter of 2015.
