Grass Roots wins place on BP event roster

Performance improvement company the Grass Roots Group has won a place on BP and Castrol’s agency roster for events management, logistics and production services.
The number of agencies the international petroleum company now works with has been reduced from over 100 to just five in England and one in Scotland, with over 40 UK agencies competing for the tender.  The six chosen agencies, each with a two-year contract, will pitch for individual events if required.  The total event spend is confidential but it is a multi-million dollar contract.
The events services will be delivered by the events division of the Grass Roots Group, led by Maritz’ managing director and Grass Roots board member Nick Bender, who commented: “We are very proud to have been appointed to BP’s events roster and looking forward to working with them very soon to deliver some fantastic events for BP and Castrol.”
