New Four Seasons Hotel in Sao Paulo Sets Opening Date

Four Seasons is set to open a new property in Sao Paulo that will have 15,160 square feet of event space for meeting planners.

The company has announced that the new Four Seasons Hotel São Paulo at Nações Unidas is now accepting bookings for arrivals beginning October 15. The property will be the first for Four Seasons in Brazil

Designed by HKS Architects in partnership with Aflalo e Gasperini Arquitetos, with principle interiors including guest rooms, lobby lounge and public areas by San Francisco-based BAMO, the hotel aims for an international luxury aesthetic rendered in Brazilian materials. The 15,160 square feet of flexible event space, designed by EDG, will include a grand ballroom that can be divided into smaller function spaces, as well as seven additional rooms of varying sizes and two outdoor terraces.

The 258-room hotel also incorporates art pieces from Burle Marx, Francisco Brennand, Paulo Mendes da Rocha, among others, as well as locally sourced finishes throughout the interiors. Dining options, which are helmed by Executive Chef Paolo Lavezzini, include Neto, which serves a Brazilian spin on traditional Italian cuisine, as well as the lobby botequim Caju SP. Lavezzini, who is a native of Italy, also oversees the hotel’s catering and in-room dining.

The property will also have landscaped grounds, a BAMO-designed spa and fitness centre, and an indoor-outdoor pool.
