Australia: Intel Renews Partnership with Vivid Sydney

In partnership with:

Intel Australia has announced that it will continue its partnership with the Vivid Sydney festival for the fifth consecutive year.

Intel Australia and New Zealand managing director, Kate Burleigh, said the company was proud to be supporting Australia’s creative industries for another year.

“Year after year, we see the latest in Intel technology bring life to some of the most creative, artistic visions around with show-stopping, world first installations,” she said.

In previous years, Intel’s collaboration has seen Customs House transformed with 3D-mapped animations; musical artist will.i.am present an interactive light and music experience on the Museum of Contemporary Art; festivalgoers invited to “paint” the Sydney Harbour Bridge; and Sydney’s ferries transformed into a moving work of art.

This year Intel will take Martin Place to new heights using its latest technology within Transcendence, an impressive, towering structure featuring projection mapping and computer code-driven light shows each night, as well as a pop-up bar (pictured).
