The “Mentor-in-Chief” (i.e., President Barack Obama) bid farewell to the White House’s 2016 interns recently. “Because change is hard,” he told them, “it’s going to be tempting at some point, when… things aren’t going exactly the way you want them, and you’ve had some disappointments, to kind of say, ‘You know what? This is all not worth it, and I just gotta look out for myself.’ But I want you guys to resist it.”

alaina heeWell, if any of them are working for AlliedPRA, they can get help with their challenges by picking up the phone and calling their mentor. Last fall, the global destination management company started taking applications for a formal mentor program among its 20 company-owned and franchise locations. The program launched in January, pairing up mentors and mentees from offices across the country and in Canada.
