As corporate meeting departments establish themselves as sourcing and execution experts and raise awareness of their services, there can be a downside: an avalanche of meeting requests. And despite an improving economy, companies are often unwilling to add headcount to ease the burden, leaving planners scrambling to keep up with demand.
