1. More Nights, More Cost Efficiency
One of the most effective ways I can help clients plan a great program with a focus on keeping costs down is by offering versatility. Using the same entertainer and band for multiple nights of a program can entitle you to discounted pricing while you get a unique, custom-designed event for each night. For example, at an incentive program in Banff, Canada, we not only played for the final-night black-tie gala, we also did a small-scale, intimate performance for the company’s top-producer dinner, and we also engaged the group with a piano sing-along at an “after-glow” event.
